BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please fill in the booking form and fax it to Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd at 6440 5813. We will confirm your date / time.
  • Please make bookings at least ONE MONTH in advance of the preferred date of the programme.
  • Bookings will be confirmed on a first-come-first-serve basis.
  • The booking form can be duplicated if necessary.
  • Please make cheque payable to Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • In the event that the school requests for a change in the booking date, Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd regrets that it is unable to accommodate requests made less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the original booking.

 

  • For a change in the booking date, the school must fax a new booking form with the stated date and time to Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd. The replacement for any postponement of the programme must be carried out within the same year.
  • In the event that the school cancels a booking less than 2 weeks before the day of performance/workshop, a late cancellation fee of $100.00 will be levied.

 

  • All cancellation notice must reach Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd in the form of a Notice of Cancellation of Booking. Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd will not entertain verbal cancellations or cancellations made in any other manner other than on the Notice of Cancellation of Booking. Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd will follow-up with an acknowledgement of the cancellation. 
  • In the event where a performance is cancelled and Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd is not informed of the cancellation and where the actors and sound system/equipment have been deployed to the school a charge of 50% of the cost of the performance will be imposed for the cancellation.

 

  • Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd shall not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal property of the school and/or participants during the programme.
  • Paper Monkey Theatre Ltd shall not be liable for claims resulting from the injury to the participants which may result due to the participants’ participation in the programme.
